Asllan Ali Sadrijaj
At the age of 14, I already sought a path into the construction industry by completing my first trial apprenticeship as a sanitary planner EFZ.
It was already clear to me then that a rethink in terms of energy, especially in the planning and operation of building services systems, was absolutely necessary in order to meet future climatic and economic requirements.
2017
After completing my apprenticeship at the renowned planning office Amstein+Walthert in Zurich and completing my studies at HSLU, I began my journey to self-employment.
After a successful first year in my home office, the order situation grew from initially single-family homes to multi-family homes spread across the greater Zurich, Aargau, Lucerne, Solothurn and Bern areas.
2018
Move into the office space at Wildeggerstrasse 60 in Niederlenz AG.
2020
Expansion of the company to include the administration and property maintenance (FM) division.
2023
Move into new office space and new headquarters in the AMBASSADOR HOUSE in Zurich.
2024
Establishment of a Bern branch and move into office space at Schanzenstrasse 4a.

We are developing revolutionary planning and management software in collaboration with software engineers, programmers, and AI experts.
The software plans and manages buildings using artificial intelligence.
Our program is developed using machine learning, integration of Swiss standards, and a large collection of plans.
The software is in beta phase.
The software is scheduled to launch in March 2026. Initially, the software will only be sold to hand-picked companies.
We will present the finished product at SWISSBAU in Basel in 2028.
